LADIES’ 2 DAY CARNIVAL
SPORTIES LADIES’ FOURS CARNIVAL
On 30th and 31st May Tuncurry-Forster Sports WBC held their Annual Ladies’ Fours 2-Day Carnival with 42 teams (168 bowlers) entering to play in this annual event.
We welcomed to our Club visiting teams from Merewether/Charlestown, Soldiers Point, Nelson Bay, Park Beach, North Ryde RSL, Guildford Leagues, Munmorah, Tea Gardens, Neutral Bay, Glenbrook Panthers, Northmead, Greta/Maitland City, Bateau Bay, Engadine, Stockton, Avoca Beach, Tuross Heads and Kurri joining several of our local Clubs to play in the Carnival.
Thursday and Friday saw 168 bowlers take to the greens with everyone in good spirits and looking forward to the competition ahead. Thursday’s weather was nice and sunny with a cold change in the weather greeting us on Friday. After the final game on Friday, it was time have a drink with friends (new and old) and wait for the results.

It was a tremendous 2 days of bowling, and it was great to see the 3 greens full of bowlers and colour. Thank you for supporting our Carnival and making it a great success. Well done to President Barbara and her Committee, Volunteers, Umpires from the Ladies’ and Men’s Clubs and Club Staff on a very successful 2-day Carnival. We look forward to seeing you again in 2025.
