2023-24 LNCDWBA GRADE 2 FLAG
ANOTHER GRADE 2 FLAG UNFURLING
There were great celebrations at Tuncurry Sporties on Thursday, 13th June when the 2023-2024 LNCDWBA Grade 2 Pennant Flag was Unfurled for our Division 2 Green Team. President Barbara welcomed members, District Secretary Julie Scott and invited guests.
Club President Barbara Cross (who is also District President) and District Secretary Julie Scott had the pleasure of presenting our Grade 2 Green Team of Sharyn Newcombe, Helen Bush, Kay Negus, Julie Curry, Lyn McVicar, Donna Hampson, Karen Carlton and Jenny Grant (Reserve) their Pennant Badges. When District Secretary Julie unfurled the Grade 2 Pennant Flag there were smiles all round. Unfortunately, a very valued member of the team, Vicki Piper was not able to attend the celebrations.
What another fantastic District Pennant Season it has been for this Grade 2 Pennant Team. Congratulations to Vicki Piper, Sharyn Newcombe, Helen Bush, Julie Curry, Lyn McVicar, Donna Hampson and Karen Carlton on winning the District Grade 2 Flag for the second consecutive year.
